Food is Terrible it is served Cold, extremely Bland and tasteless.
The Staff does their best..

Very nice facility! My mother is the only young coherent individual there and I call her every night and her telephone doesn't work. I have talk to the head guy and the head of maintenance Carlos and it still doesn't work. I live in NH and can never reach my mom so frustrating! I know my sister can't reach her either. We offered to buy a new phone and they said no. I suggested for them to switch phones with someone that is not with the program. This has gone on for 8 months.

A beautiful home, with very nice rooms and staff.
There is entertainment provided, but lacks help with personal activities.
In the winter months when there is no put her area available some areas can get congested. The food is great, but the portions are small, loading up more in starch products than protein. The doors to all rooms are open at all times, making each room an echo chamber. The staff can be very loud, even late at night. All the nurses are great, doing the best to keep things happy and healthy.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
