They paid close attention to me when they wanted to sell their services and all of my questions were answered. However, once we placed our loved one there, the staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make him feel welcome. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. the root of the problem stems from the administrator

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
