I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that my family member was under the care of a professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
