In my opinion this facility terminates their employees for being too old or being assaulted by their residents. I believe they operate under false pretenses and the administrator is on a power trip. I believe they use fear of loosing your job if you fill out an accident report or state your opinion that may be different than what the administrator has. I would not put my mother or recommend this place to a friend for employment or anything.
