A Cut Above owner, Jan, definitely cares about customer comfort because she has the best waiting room sofa and chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment, though I did not have to wait long. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have very flexible schedules and get me in quickly every time. I have never doubted their qualifications. Their credentials are prominently displayed, which makes me feel a lot safer. The salon has been recently renovated and is quite bright and modern. I've been to other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I highly recommend A Cut Above!
