I was a "walk in" @ this salon and now I am a repeat client! Elle (my stylist) was knowledgeable, professional and stylish! I got a total hair transformation along with a mani/pedi, my eyebrows waxed a cool necklace & we have a standing 2 week appointment to get my hair back healthy! YES...I would recommend this salon!!!

I felt that they really valued me as a client! My stylist followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me and my hair. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference so that I would know how to maintain my hair at home. They had the best parking situation I've ever seen at any salon. I found a spot right away, and it was right next to the entrance. Scheduling an appointment was easy and convenient. . The staff here was the most polite, courteous staff I've ever seen at any salon. They were so professional, and made all their clients feel respected and important. In would definitely recommend Uptown Designs Salon and Spa to anyone!

Yes, she/he even massaged my scalp. It felt great!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did the staff at this salon pressure you to purchase unnecessary products?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling beautiful. They have two new stylist Lydia Evans and Myra Glover (formerly at Sheer Elegance) who are wonderful especially with natural hair styles!

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were easy to find and a good location with fast service. I returned to work about 35 mins, I got an haircut for lunch. My next visit I had an shampoo/style and returned back to work an 1hr. ihr. service. Thank your i am so busy and you guys were so professional.
