I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a new hair do or color that I always like. Other places I've visited, don't seem to be as talented or up to date. I will absolutely return. I have always had good results. I think I have had only one time they had to reschedule as my stylist was ill. That was the first and only time in about 2 years. Yeah!! Very nice people work here.
