One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I wasn't worried about their equipment being unsafe or dangerous because it looked brand new. I've been to other places where I was worried they might cause more harm than good, but I was sure I was getting the highest quality care available. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Much better in the new office. From the moment you walk in their doors and sit in their waiting room chairs till the moment you leave, they will make sure you are as given the highest quality of care. I am never disappointed. They were friendly. Very helpful.
It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying.
