They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time.
Optimal Lateness made me wait over 30 minutes my first appointment and 25 minutes with my follow up appointment. No staff member ever approached me with an apology or to let me know it would be just a few more minutes. It reflects that patients are not important and they do not value their time. I heard good things about Optimal Lateness, but with that poor service I will go elsewhere. Pam needs to say "thank you for being patient, I'm sorry".
