Not at all, their cologne smelled great

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
