Pamala Wolck has treated me for over a year now and I have never been so satisfied with treatment. She is very thorough with her examinations and relays information in a way I can understand. She is a very caring person.

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

Their staff is friendly and appears to be professional. I would never recommend them to anyone. Pam was referred to me by a dear friend had good views then. It has been her practice that for a simple question like why I had to be on a certain medication if the Lab result is within Normal Limits. I only realized that after a while that I was on Hormonal Cream.
Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The receptionist staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company she works for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.
The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was Pam took a personal call right in front of me. "She really had to take the call" due to Mother's condition wherein she sent her Son to check on how she is eating. I found it to be rude & unprofessional.
The last straw of me trying to understand the protocol of the office is after a thorough review of my previous lab works in order for me to move on in refilling my prescription, I found out and checked with my Family Doctor who is an M.D. and voiced my concern where the values are within the normal limits and she prescribed a Special Hormonal Cream and had refilled it a few times.
Pam's office wants me to make an appointment to see her just to answer a simple question of why was I put on this cream if the lab value is within normal limits. Doesn't sound right to me. Sad to say, I am leaving her practice.

I Love Pam, she is a wonderful person and provider. I do not like the fact that every couple of months her staff has you make and appointment to get your RX's refilled. Also have been trying to get them refilled for a week now. No response to pharmacy, no answer at office. Sad, I am now looking for new provider
