The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

They aren't flexible with their appointment times at all. Every single time I try to get an appointment, they never have anything open at a time that works for me. They close at 5 when everyone that I know gets off work at 4:30-5pm and try to rush to get there. However, their staff is very friendly and professional. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
