I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They almost always have affordable pricing and may offer a percent-off a certain service. The doctor is very knowledgable and has a good rapport with his 'clients' and their owners. The kennels and holding area for pets are always clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors during an examination which increases the anxiety levels of both pet and owner.
