They are a very good clinic. The doctor works extremely well with the animals. Every time I call with an issue I can get in that day. If my dog is vomiting, or in any type of pain they always understand how concerned I am and give me their next available appointment. The clinic is small, well kept, and quite attractive. They also sell pet odor smell removal candles, which they keep some lit in the office and it is always a very welcoming smell.

We have been going to White Plains Animal Hospital for three years now. The staff is very personable and Dr. Eric Pressman is extremely knowledgeable and open. You can tell that there is a love for what he does and great compassion for the patient. I have been in situations where I have needed to stick around for a while waiting while my dog was being teen to so I have witnessed first hand the professional courteous and humane way other pets and clients are treated. I would highly recommend This clinic to any one who wants the detailed personalized care a smaller clinic can provide.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
