Dr Nazzaro (spelling) misdiagnosed my dog. She was diagnosed with "bronchitis" and put on meds. after 7 days on meds i called back and was told to finish the meds and if not better next week to bring her. I did not wait that long. I took her to another vet and she was diagnosed with a "pretty bad" heart murmmer and enlarged heart .... I wasted 11 days of treatment on the WRONG diagnosis. while the correct diagnosis would not "fix" her it could have increased her life expectancy and she probably would not have so much fluid in her lungs that we are trying to get out. I AM NOT HAPPY.

Dr Pressman is one of the most understanding vets we have seen in our 40 years of owing dogs. He explains his diagnosis and treatment options so that we thoroughly understand him. He is caring and knowledgable. We couldn't be happier with the service we receive.

The vet Dr Pressman is wonderful with the animals. He saved my dog's life and I will be eternally thankful to him. Dr Pressman volunteers in clinics, takes time to explain everything to you, won't do unnecessary procedures to get your money, if you need a vet please give Dr Pressman a try.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen.
