This place is one of the best places you can take your pet to for care. I only wish they were open 24 hours because maybe then our previous dog would still be alive. Our 10 year old dog had quickly developed what appeared to be breathing problems so we took her to the animal hospital about 10 miles away since it was Sunday and Affordable Care was closed. They said they did everything possible to save her but they couldn't. I picked her up the next day along with a bill for $850.00. A few months later, we got a new puppy. She seemed fine when we brought her home but in the middle of the night she started having seizures, one after the other for the next 5 hours. I took her to Affordable care first thing in the morning as soon as they opened. They made time to see her started her on medication and watched her throughout the day. Then one of the workers there (Dawn) volunteered to take her to her own house and watch her through the night. She is now 5 months old and perfectly healthy. That to me is going up and over what is required of your job. It shows the kind of people that work there. We will continue to take both of our dogs there as long as these people are running it. By the way, they didn't charge any extra for keeping her over night

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. My dog is never fearful of going to Dr. Gregg. We are so happy with him and all his staff. When they see my dog and I out walking, they all stop and talk with her. Show a personal interest in the dog.

They are excellent to deal with and always a friendly pleasant attitude. Any time I have had an emergency I always got a quick appt. I would highly recommend them. Also, they truly are affordable! Much better than my previous vet clinic which may have been friendly but very pricy and not very accomodating. Anyone looking for a good vet should come here!!

I have been going to Dr. Greg for over 5 years after he was highly recommend to me. He is wonderful and the staff is wonderful. They are easy to make appointments with and have always fit me in when a sudden problem came up. I find them very thorough and knowledgeable, but not afraid to acknowledge when they need to consult a specialist. When my last dog developed a severe heart problem he not only suggested a treatment, though it was brand new he already was aware of it, but he and his staff were very comforting. A recent review, dated June 21, couldn't have been more wrong, and considering it referred to Dr. Greg as a "she" when he is the only vet there, I find it doubtful it is even a review for the right vet.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions and the questions they did answer they were rude about it. The vet talked to me like I was stupid. The vet didn't even want to pet my dog; acted as if she didn't even like animals. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I definitely will not take my dog back there.
