After 7 years of going to this vet clinic, when my dog was in the midst of a crisis with seizures (15 in a morning) and needed put down immediately, they told me they couldn't help me and didn't have any appointments. They were not compassionate but actually very rude on the phone. I told them it was an emergency but they didn't seem to care.

I am very happy to have been told about this clinic. All of the staff, from the front desk to the vet techs to the vets, are very caring and concerned about the animals. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I been going here for a few yrs now and up until 2 weeks ago I liked this place .. but now not too sure. staff was not very caring about my concerns about my dog..:( unhappy with them may change vets..

I just love the staff and doctors. Becky is my favorite, though I love them all, she is the sweetest person I ever met. Doctor Novelli is a man who knows and understands every concern you have for your animals and I thank Him for all he has done over and above for my dog BLAZE!

I don't know if I would recommend them any more. The new building is beautiful but the service of the staff has really gone down hill. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I waited for more than 30 minutes in the examination room before leaving without seeing the veterinarian. The staff informed me as I was leaving that they had a sick pet in another room. It would have been nice to have someone come in and let me know before that. I hope this is not the new norm at this clinic!
