It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home.
