They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

This is a wonderful animal clinic and hospital. The care and facility is such a great and warm environment for your precious pets. They have a long and excellent history of happy and satisfied pet owners like me and my friends and family. A++++ Love them! The Doc and Staff are outstanding!
