Just moved to Az an live down the street for the clinic, So I call trying to make an appointment to have male service dog dog fixed.... only to be told they are not taking new clients.. then hung up on with out even a recommendation to how might work with low income. As I am disabled with no car.

I wish I did not move so far away. Dr. Cutforth-Lapardo treated my GSD Gustav for his early years. Epilepsy, double FMR, common ailments it did not matter - Gustav always loved to go to see his favorite vet.

We've been visiting Dr. Lapardo for years for all our dogs & cats. She is so caring, friendly, thorough - and so is her staff. Her prices are fair & reasonable too.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
