Within the past 3 months, Diabetes Specialty Center sent me 3 months of a prescription that I never ordered, sent me someone else's bill, sent a prescription to the wrong address, and lost all records of a prescription that I ordered.

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work. Missed my auto-ship date by 2 weeks, causing me to be out of supplies (this has happened multiple times, nothing new) - ever sense Byrum bought them, this place has been a disaster. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is.

I can always count on them....to drop the ball. I have asked at least three times to be added to the auto renewal/auto ship program. Never happened. I have to call and follow up with them 3-4 times to actually get an order placed No one ever bothers to call if there is going to be a delay for some reason. There billing department is a mess. The pharmacist is rude. The fact that they are the only way for me to get pump supplies in Utah makes me livid. They don't deserve a dime of my money.
