Order my usual pump supplies for my Animas insulin pump along with a insulin pump holder. When the box arrived I opened it and checked the top two boxes of supplies. After I needed the supplies I found the pump holder that was wrapped up. They sent a Medtronic pump holder but the correct other supplies. Called and talked with Becky, she said they had a 30 day policy. They would not do anything but say it was not their issue and were rude.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They offer the best pricing I've seen. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered>

their billing department has issues. 3 months later and they are still billing an old insurance company for returned merchandise. avoid- they're not worth the headache from being on the phone for several days only to have the issue remain.
