I have had Lincare since April 2015 when they visited me in the hospital. I have had very good care from this company and would rate them 5 stars in a flash if the customer service at the office in Natomas/Sacramento was more customer oriented. Not receiving a call back after several tries forced me to travel to the office to have my O2 regulator fixed. Easy peasy and I could have done it myself if only they had either answered or returned my call. Beyond that, the service representative who delivers my exchange tanks is FABULOUS! His name is Juan, and should be given 7 stars for excellent service, demeanor, and salt of the earth niceness. Also a huge raise is surely in order in the near future. I know approximately when he will be here every week so that I know to be home to greet him. I am very happy with Lincare and so glad the company sales person came to see me in hospital, rather than Apria. I've heard horror stories (deliveries LATE at night...I don't think I want that!). Kudos to Lincare Sacramento.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. John (manager) does not care about his medi-care customers, all he wants is to get paid by medi-care. He fails to take care of his disabled customers once he puts the crappiest possible bed in your house (don't forget, after a year, it's yours!). We have been stood-up for scheduled appointments and drivers have shown up without actually making an appointment with us. John thinks it is the customers' job to "take responsibility for the bed," (I am quoting John) even if you are within the year and the bed is not yours yet. They dodge calls they don't want to take (like when you have called numerous times trying to get help or when you report them to medi-care and MEDI-CARE calls them). My mother is probably going to go back to sleeping on a camping cot with air matress because the quality of both product and service is appalling. Someone should shut them down.
