POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. There is not even a rating on here i would use as there are no negative numbers. I have called 6 times and keep getting told i will be getting a call back from a supervisor. I NEVER get a call back. Cpap supplies delivered to my house for my machine when i was not the one who ordered them. My mother asked for a refill for this , they charged my insurance. They sent a UPS label for me to return the supplies which i did and i'm still getting billed since OCTOBER and i don't have the supplies. NO one calls back and no i have a final notice bill, UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From poor service to unacceptable. I talked to Respiratory Services to get a CPAP full face mask and headgear to use due to having nose surgery which made what I had unusable. I was told they were backed up and should receive a call back within 3 days even though I said I needed something urgently. No call back after days and it's Friday. I purchased what I needed with my own money for the second time in the last year. It's not like it was a couple years back and is increasingly annoying to have to call every month to get supplies- each time having to wait for someone to call back

very poor service have been trying for weeks to recieve a cpap machine ...it has. been approved by insurance company weeks ago and still nothi ng ......my calls are not returned either....this order was marked urgent by doctor.....it means nothing to anyone there......i have spoken with Shawn several times .....promises not kept BAD BAD SERVICE

Poor, poor service...ordered medical items 3 weeks ago...still have not received them...have called for the last day and a half and never get an answer where stuff is...just excuses that the will call me back...pathetic customer service

Tina, gave me exceptional help and service, she works at the Starkey road location, she is kind, and goes the extra mile. She really help a love one of mine, more than I have words for.
