Very professional service concerning Pride Lift recliners. The buying experience couldn't have been in better. From the sales pitch to the payment process both Carol and Dante were extremely customer focused, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I have called Athens branch 4 times now. Trying to get a humidifier for my oxygen container. Either no one answers or if I get to talk to someone they tell me ok and what day it will be delivered. I STAY AT HOME AND ITS NEVER DELIVERED... I tried to write to you on the contact page and it came out of service. I left Lincare cause I got such bad service from them. I thought I would get better service from your company. I WAS WRONG. I am so upset that you don't care enough about someone who can't breathe very well. WHO MIGHT DIE IN HER SLEEP. Cause she can't get you people to do your jobs...

Wow! I was seeking a medical agency to suggest to another person that was seeking assistance for a family member, however, i found out that Care Medical was bought from another company by the name of Resource Medical, employes new people and does not issue any company handbooks that gives detailed instructions of do's and don'ts of company policies. Another clear indication that the company is not transparent, is that some reviews on this page is blurred, I will suggest another medical agency.

Horrible experience dealing with Care Medical. They lied and one therapist raised her voice to me on the phone. They made it clear that they did not care about my business. I canceled my order.
