I was very impressed with the thoroughness of their answers as well as the amount of information they had to offer me. I will definitely be a customer of theirs. The staff is wonderful about making a real effort to get me in when I need it. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. When I called the answering service answered right away and got me through within a short time. They worked with me to get the best supplies available without insurance. Their staff has a "can do" attitude.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They made an appointment for me over the phone. When I got there they didn't have my appointment. I felt they were rushing to get me out of there.
