I would like to give this company a zero if I could. They just want to bill you for more products. I have been trying to return the equipment and have gotten several versions of how to do that. They do not have their act together!!!!!

I have also been overcharged for my CPAP which was to have been paid for after one year, beginning with the purchase in April 2022. I am still being billed for it, and now it doesn't even work. I've called and got no help. I'm tired of paying for something that is now at least 5 months past when it was to have been paid for.

I ordered a oxygen concentrator to meet me on vacation. The order did not get done. The person from the company was rude and abusive when I inquired.

I am very dissatisfied with Sleepcair.. I was charged for 4 more months past the date my CPAP was paid for… I tried to resolve this problem and received a statement yesterday and nothing has been resolved.. iwhen I find another company for my supplies I am definitely going to discontinue any orders from this company. I did contact my insurance company too .. to make sure they were aware of the extra charges. The send supplies also that I did not order.

I love, love these people. They are so nice and concerned with you welfare. It is alway easy and pleasant to do business with them. Far surpass many of the other providers in our area.

I wish I could give zero stars. They don't answer their phone or you sit on hold forever and then they hang up. They get client information incorrect, they give appointments and then, when you show up, they are RUDE and then you it's the wrong time. No customer care, no interest in helping their clients. The worst!

This was a difficult company to work with at first. But, over 10 years, they have been SUPER. I am able to get deliveries 🚚 fast and efficiently. I have been with them through all of their “change overs”. My husband passed away in 2018 from multiple myeloma (Agent Orange). He had other companies that didn’t work out very well.

There service and help is less than a one. Some of the rudest people answering the phone and that’s if you can get them to answer. Normally the answering service will take a message at any given time during their business hours. You very seldom get a call back and if you do it’s never with the person who set you up with your machine and told you if you have a problem call me at my number and I’ll call you back if I’m not available at the moment. The drop the ball on communications with your doctors. They play the blame game between its the insurances fault, it’s the doctors fault or it’s Billings fault. If you have problems with your mask not working it’s always keep trying it to oh we have a new one let’s try it which comes with a large price that they fail to tell you about.. my true rating is a big zero in every category for this company.. I reported this to my doctors office and insurance along with several other people I’ve talked to with the same issues to let them know Not only I but they don’t believe this facility is of the standards to give the people the care they need with these issues.

absolutely terrible company to deal with worst customer experience in years...better plan on at least a half hour call..i have tried 3 times to get to their shipping department to return items, impossible to get to them...if customer service woud have cancelled it when i asked, i wouldnt have this problem..

Sleepcair could try to have some sort of customer service. I have called and emailed and the typical response is that isn't my department. There is no communication within the company and if you have insurance, they will charge you more. They are defiantly part of what is wrong with the healthcare industry. I wouldn't suggest this place unless you feel like getting ripped off and screwed over.
