Horrible service. Rude telephone people. Wish I'd never done buisness with them.

We had no issues whatsoever with Patient Aids. The men who set the bed up and Tony who took the bed down were very professional men. Very polite and very friendly, too. Pricing was reasonable.

Sent a printed order for supplies by e-mail. The wrong filters are on their way. Spoke to the girl who filled the order and she said that she didn't read
all of the order just the words 6 filters. The order contained all the numbers of the items need and the company that make them. It also says at the bottom of the order that we will not accept any other brand.
Can't select a star because the don't have on that is less the 1/2 of star.

Ordered a lift chair for elderly parent and was told it would be delivered in less than a week. Here it is almost 2 weeks later and no chair!!! Plus, it has already been paid for. This business has the most horrible customer service that I have ever dealt with. As a healthcare provider, I will not recommend this place.

I called needing some equipment for my mother. I was told they were "too swamped" and it would be several days before they could "fit me in". I was also told they never worked past 5:00 and never worked on weekends. Sad.

If I could give this company a negative star, I would..My latest experience with Patient Aids was less than desirable. On Sunday night the power pack for my CPAP shorted out. On Monday, I tried calling Patient Aids, left a message, no returned phone call. Since I didn't receive a returned phone call, I went to the Wilder store for assistance. The woman in the respiratory area looked through all the extra power packs and could not find one to match. She gave me a form for my doctor to complete and fax in for a repair/replace order on my seven year old machine. Between Monday and Thursday I left several voice mails seeking assistance concerning my CPAP. None of the phone calls were returned. Thursday evening I went back to the Wilder store to follow up on my doctor's faxed form. I was rudely informed that the faxes do not come to the store but to an intake center and the man had left for the day. I informed the little girl behind the big desk that I had called earlier in the day and left a voice mail to make sure they had indeed received the faxed form from my doctor. I was told that she had so much paper work that she was unable to return any phone calls and basically I was out of luck in getting any assistance. That is when I told her that I would find another CPAP supply company to assist me. Patient Aids has seen the last of me.

My 35-year-old son, who is completely disabled and NEEDS a wheelchair to get anywhere, has been waiting for a year for someone from Patient Aids in Wilder to come fix the electric wheelchair we purchased from them. As his mother, I have called, complained and now that we're exactly a year into waiting for repairs on his chair, I feel it is my duty to tell any person needing medical equipment to know that Patient Aids IS NOT the place to purchase any equipment you may need to have serviced in the future. My son's doctor has called and filled out forms twice this year for them and still they have not called or come to fix the chair. The wheelchair repair service workers do not answer the phones and/or let calls go to an answering machine in which they do not return calls. We have tried to get another company to help us get my son's wheelchair repaired, but no other company will repair it if they didn't sell it to us. We have recently asked for a social worker to help us in getting Patient Aids to fix his wheelchair and after talking with them and getting no response, she is taking the matter to Frankfort before the Protection Board. These people are more interested in selling you top-shelf equipment but do not want to fix it when it does not work. I implore you for your own sanity and well-being NOT to get involved with this Patient Aids as once you make a purchase, the workers will not stick by what they sold to you..

Bought a stairlift from Patient Aids in Wilder about 18 months ago. It cost over $ 3000 , they said it needed little maintence except for changing battery. Now it has broken twice in 30 days because of a sensor. Repair charged $ 90 for a 10 minute fix that he said required no new part. Now it's 3 weeks later and stairlift again not working. It stopped in the middle of the stairs, very dangerous for me to get off and get to the bottom of the stairs. Repairman said he would have to order a part, it broke on Monday , it's now Saturday. Still not repaired. I didn't buy the chair for amusement . I need it to get to my basement to reach my car and use washing machine. Now I have no groceries and laundry is piling up. Once they have your money these people don't care. They have no empathy for their customers. Why don't keep some parts on hand for the people who depend on very expensive equipment they sell.
