I went there on the advice of KY St Voc Rehab. I got a new scooter to enable me to work at the IRS in Covington. I was very impressed with the people in the showroom, and with the great selection of scooter and other mobility and health aids they had there.

The scooter I choose was a 3-wheeler by pride mobility and it handled beautifully, making it a breeze to get around the office and through narrow doorways. I could run around that block-long building all day without making much of a dent in the "gas tank." I only charged it every other day, and I am sure I could have gone longer without charging it because it never got out of the green (5 green lights, 4 yellow lights, and 3 red lights).

The seat was as comfortable (if not more so) than my office chair. Some days I moved the desk chair and used my scooter because the seat has 360 degree turning radius and the scooter is small enough, and maneuverable enough to fit right up to the desk. The armrests were very comfortable too. I was able to go outside the building to some of the nearby restaurants, move a chair (sometimes two), and pull up to the table because the seat turned. When necessary, I could pull up and transfer to a booth and people could still walk through the aisle because of its small size.

Thank God for independence!

The entire time I was there, the staff didn't bother me once to buy stuff that I didn't want. It was fairly easy to find my way there. Their prices were very affordable. The staff went out of their way to help me with whatever I needed.
