Been waiting since february for batteries for a power chair, First they said they never recieved the scripts but turns out they had them both I had doctor office sent. Nothing Done SPoke with manager John whom indicated he would personally follow through on this. Three weeks later I stop in. Nothing done.That day was told they would come on that Friday to install. The day of install I was called and informed they did not have the batteries in stock. Two weeks I call again and asked for John left message He was too busy to take call . Two hours later still no return call. I call again leave message. He left for home with out calling me back.

Run far far away from this company. They don't call back as promised they loose Doctors rx prescriptions when they deliver o2 tanks they don't have toggle turns on top so you can't even turn O2 on with. I have worked in Healthcare for 40 years 20 in home health and this is the worst healthcare provider I have ever seen. If you care about your loved one you need to find another provider I give them no stars but this review makes you pick one to post.

This company is incredibly dishonest! I was the office manager for a doctor and the rep for the company came in and quoted me a price of $500 for the cpap machine if our insurance would not cover the cost. We were told the insurance covered the price since our deductible had been met. Then we start getting bills for $165 a month. I am now told the insurance was covering the RENTAL of the machine but since our deductible for the new year was not met we had to pay. We were never told we were RENTING the machine! My husband has used a cpap for 20 years and we have never rented a machine but owned the machine.

So, they have people going out and misrepresenting their company. Then they have people in the locations not disclosing the facts. The health care industry is already enough of a ripoff without having to deal with these types of businesses. Do not be fooled by their "good ole boy" telling you Kentucky history facts while you are on hold. They do not have even one positive review and that should tell you something!

Terrible customer service. Never received itemized copy of payments I made Amber said she would send it AND make a note in my account so I wouldn't get a LATE FEE.... Guess what arrived today... a late fee And no copy that I asked her to send. I'm mad and I feel like they aren't giving me credit for the checks I have sent.

I have used your company as a supplier of my cpap requirements in the past and now am receiving robo calls from your company. I do not answer these types of calls. If you want to sell your product I want it done on a personal basis. I was sales during my working career and if used this method with my customers I would have to look for another line of work.

I bought a transport wheelchair and a wedge seat cushion for the chair here for my mother. I used it to get her into her apartment and back out one time, and found that the cushion was not comfortable to her and slipped in the chair, which was unsafe. She had to be re-hospitalized that day. She was in the hospital for a week and still in a rehab hospital now, so we had no chance to deal with the cushion problem. I called to see if the cushion could be returned a month after the purchase, and was told that it would have had to be returned within 3 days of purchase. I do not see this information on the receipt. The fact that she was hospitalized and we were very busy with that did not matter. So please be aware of this policy!
