I have had to call multiple times to receive service. They advertise service 24/7, but I need tires for my wheelchair and have been waiting two weeks with no call or communication. I called again today and had to re explain and was told someone would call me back. I am forced to use this company, but this happens every time I have a wheel chair problem. I have been a paraplegic for 16 years and am finally fed up with this company and its horrible service. If you have the chance, use someone else.
