Being at wits end keeping a bag on because of surgeries a lot of crevices on abdomen but came here found what would work now bags stay on 3 to 4 days no leaking

I was completely blown away by the knowledge these ladies have regarding the proper use and application of stoma pouches. I have listened and take the advice of several stoma nurses at different hospitals and some information was good and other information was contradictory.
I was very frustrated as my pouch kept leaking from time to time.

I wish I had visited The Pouch Store much sooner. Trust me, these people know what they are talking about. If you need help or need supplies, this is the place. I can't say enough good things about these good people.

They have WOCN licensed nurses staffed at both Knoxville and Chattanooga stores. My education at the hospital left myself and my family scared. I was referred to a large medical provider which they sent 90 days supplies, my body and stoma changed during the first weeks after surgery. I had leakage issues and could not get clinical expertise from my provider. I learned about The Pouch Place and the WOCN has a clinic on site. Many samples to trial for a better working system. They told me that they send 30 day supplies to new ostomy patients. This made sense why I had so many issues because my current products no longer fit. I'm leak free and have confidence now.

Very helpful & considerate. They go out of their way to make you comfortable about ostomy products. They are organized and quick to serve.
Best service I've had from any ostomy supply business since I got my ostomy.
