There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
