The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I knew a friend that worked there in the past and she told horrible stories about have bad they talk about there employees and customers. My next step is to complain to the BBB.
