It started off fine, when I was first getting CPAP equipment, but after a certain point, the respiratory therapist stopped answering my emails. (She had told me to email rather than call.) Thinking that perhaps she had left and so I was emailing the wrong person, I called the office, but she is still the respiratory therapist there. After my call, she did call me once, but then things reverted to total silence on that end. Now I don’t know what to do when I have questions or need help. There doesn’t seem to be a workable alternative in Denton.

I dearly love dealing with Rhema,have not had a problem with them.i had a wait period for a portable con center but was waiting on insurance approval,hey have been good to me

Not sure about the bad reviews. My doctor recommended them for my cpap machine. They were prompt and courteous in my initial dealings and have been back twice to be re fitted with different masks, The tech (Tarryn) was patient and gave me a lot of useful information in my dealings with her. I would recommend them to friends and family!!

They don't know what they're doing. My account has been on hold because they never submited to my insurance and now I'm not able to get supplies for my husband's cpap. I've been trying for a month now. Do not use this company!

Terrible service, have missed 4 appointments with picking up their respiratory equipment . Wanted to pick up their equipment on the day of my wife's funeral. They always call to pick the equipment but never show up. They expect you to wait around on them and could less about you. They even suggested I drive to their office to drop off their equipment.

I would recommend Solaice in north Texas, this company should not be servicing families

I TRIED to order 4 parts for my CPAP machine through Rhema Medical [Denton, TX] - placing my original order with them OVER A MONTH ago...
...Between Rhema Medical and their "Fulfillment/Warehouse folks", it has taken me 11 phone calls, numerous corrections to THEIR errors and untold follow-ups on my part (again, to correct errors they made). Finally on Monday of this week (June 20), I got word that my 4 DESPERATELY needed parts were on their way.

On June 23, a box arrived - with 3 correct parts, and 1 INCORRECT item. This means I still have an INOPERABLE CPAP machine, and will NOT have a functioning Humidifier this evening (and for the foreseeable future). To that end, I have NO CONFIDENCE that I will be able to receive the one outstanding part in ANY sort of reasonable time, and without NUMEROUS phone calls (again!). To say that I am frustrated with Rhema Medical in Denton would be a HUGE understatement!

IF you decide to utilize Rhema Medical in Denton, be prepared to spend a LOT (and I mean a L-O-T) of time on the phone (with Rhema, their warehouse/fulfillment folks, your doctor, specialists, Rhema {again - over and over}), and a LOT of time waiting, and waiting, and waiting... only to HOPE that you receive more than 50 to 75% of your order correct [after a mere 5 or 6 week wait]. Then, you merely have to call them again ~ to start the 5 to 6 week process over again (and HOPE for a better/faster outcome on your missing items). ......But hey - if you don't have anything better to do, give them a call! :(

ZERO STARS! This place is horrible. They do not return phone calls, and when they provide wrong equipment you cannot get it corrected. They do not know what they are doing nor do they care!!!!!!
