Came in today for an issue with my CPAP machine. I was greeted promptly and helped immediately. I cannot say enough of how courteous Christi was towards helping me resolve my problem. Very professional and knowledgeable. GOD BLESS HER
Tia at Rhema is amazing! She is very professional and her knowledge in her field is outstanding. She goes out of her way to make sure my husband is taken care of in all aspects -vent, supplies, med. I truly appreciate how she take care of her patients and I don't know how we would manage without her. She is always friendly and I know that she has my husbands care on point. Thank you Tia for going above and beyond to take care of us! We appreciate you and all that you do!
Don't take the day off work until you confirm that your therapist will be there, three times now they have cancelled 1 1/2 before the appointment because the therapist cant be there. Husband had to take three days off work to try to get his CPAP supplies and they cancelled every time on him.
Rhema Medical put my mother's life in danger. She is elderly, on oxygen 24/7, and is physically frail. They have delivered portable oxygen bottles to her, for years. Recently, they insisted they can no longer deliver, that she will have to come and pick up. This is of course, impossible for her to do alone. Last Friday, she had to wait for my sister to drive her. They picked up the oxygen bottles and went home. On Saturday, my sister took the first bottle to turn it on and to get my mother ready to go in the car. Well, she discovered that the new portable oxygen bottle was empty. She got another new one and discovered it was empty too.
Most of the bottles were discovered to be empty. This morning, my mother called and nicely tried to let them know about the empty bottles and to enquire if they could correct their mistake by bringing filled bottles, since there was no one to take my mother to their location, today.
Patrick yelled at my mom, reminding her that she'd have to come to them and bring the empty bottles back.
Really?!! What kind of place treats the elderly and infirmed like they are sub human?
The police were notified of this fraud. After calling Rhema, again, they finally said they'd send some one with filled bottles.
