Anywhere, but this place. My dog had severe breathing problems (it was his heart). I got there at 9:45 pm. The Vet gave me an estimate of $1200.00 and made me pay with credit card before she attempted to treat my dog. From 10 pm until 6:30 am, I waited while the Vet said was supposedly treating him. She said it was his heart but she didn't know what to do, so she gave him an IV and meds to relax him; then told me to transport him him to the hospital at the Galleria when they open about 8 am. At 130 lbs, I couldn't lift him to get him in the car and the receptionist told me they didn't care how I got him out, but I had to be out by 8 am cause they close. I thought about an ambulance...but no worries for them; my big beautiful Dobie died at 6:30 am. He was only 4 1/2 years old.

Absolutely not. I had no idea what my veterinarian said to me.

Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else

Sort of, not overly friendly however
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, it was rather cramped
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

They were very good with my dog and really cared about her. She was terminally ill and they were very supportive at a time when I was just really upset. They did all they could for my dog and were very loving towards her. i would use them again if or when I need their help in the future.
