Total Rip-off!!! Came into the clinic as an emergency for my cat, they charged $150.00 then took him to the back after getting a brief explanation of the emergency. The receptionist placed me into a room which I waited for 30 to 40 minutes before the Vet came in with a clipboard asking for another explanation of the emergency. Explained once again then I asked what were the findings (assuming they had done an examination), she stated that they would need to do further testing and blood work to make a determination (of which would cost an additional $1250.00).
My cat (15 1/2 yrs. old) was disoriented and had lost control of his left side, to me as an experienced Vet they should have been able to make a possible determination of the cause before stating that further testing at an outrageous cost would need to be done to pinpoint the cause.
I asked is it life/death and I also wanted to know if it was worth the expense seeing as though he is elderly…
Needless to say I asked for my cat back.
This is not an emergency hospital! It’s a money grab!! They play on your emotions to get money!!!!

My dog was taken in and vet acted as if world had ended. Dog had eaten a little poison and they were able to make him vomit (best thing they did.) They wanted to keep him for 3 days at cost of $2k-$4k. We decided to bring him home and was told prospect was grim. My dog was acting himself the very next morning but we still gave charcoal as needed. I am disappointed this office plays off fears of owners who love their pets for $$$. We were also given improper directions. The paperwork gave instructions and when we called to clarify we were told the complete opposite. I hope to not ever have to use an emergency vet again, but if I do it will not be this one. Just a really bad experience with communication. Vets should not be so dark either. Either my dog was a miracle dog or this vet was trying to get more $ in.

I believe our kitty got good care here (although I’m not sure when they started treating him because it was more than 2 hours before we heard anything). The frustrating part was that they never explained why they were discharging our kitten when he still needed care. They expected our kitten to stop treatment and transfer to our vet’s office for no apparent reason.

Never again!!!! Went because my dog couldn't open her eye and was acting strange. Waited 3.5 hours and heard NOTHING!!!!! Finally talked to someone and had a to wait another hour to talk to doctor. Then needed to get the paper work faxed over to my vet for a follow up visit had to call multiple times until someone finally told me that the doctor still has not filled out the notes in her file yet. This was after 4 days! $300.00 and 4.5 hour wait and doctors do not have it together. That was my first and last visit there

The chairs in the waiting room were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I would never ever go back to that clinic they let my puppy died I paid 300 dollars and they did absolutely nothing to him I usually never do reviews but it was so bad I had to do one. They don't care about your pet all they care about is the money they're getting. They wanted to charge me 3000 to let my puppy spend the night and only one night.

In my opinion, this place is a rip off. They attempted to charge me over $1000 dollars to restitch my dogs stitches that had only pulled loose at the skin. It was an incision about 3 inches long and maybe would have taken 6 stitches. I refused the service so she tried to keep my there by reducing it the cost to and said they would just not give the dog fluids which was not necessary anyway. When I got mad and wanted to leave, they kept me an additional hour before they released my dog. I got there at around 6:45 pm I could go home at 10:00 at night. I guess they were mad that I would not let them rip me off. I put my dog on antibiotics and took him to my regular vet the next morning at 7:00am. They put 4 stitches in it and charged me $. Can't believe people will try to rip you off like this.

Everyone was really nice to me, my children, and my little doxie. She was sick for a few days, but took a turn for the worse on Sunday evening. I drug her and my children to the ER in the middle of the night. She had an intestinal blockage and was severely dehydrated and had a low body temperature. They kept her warm all night and gave her plenty of IV meds to rehydrate her and get her ready for surgery (they couldn't do it right away because of her condition). They took x-rays and had all the proper info for her regular vet to do the surgery the next morning. Her regular vet told me she would more than likely not have survived without the treatment/diagnosis prior to her visit with them.
