The vet and staff at the clinic did a great job of taking care of our pet when she recently passed away. They were very cognizant of the fact that not everyone can afford everything that they suggested and provided estimates at every step along the way to be sure of what we were willing to pay for (in our case, everything). The vet was really sweet with our dog and very kind to us. Our pet didn't care for being in the kennel she was in, and one of the techs told us that she loved sitting back there and talking to her (we could hear her "talking" back in the front)...It is always nice to see true animal lovers working there.

We ended up losing our baby that morning, but they did all they could to help her and make her feel better while she was there. They let us in to see her before we went home (she passed away a few hours later) and have a cremation service they offer (through an outside company) if we wanted. The cremation service was great, too - we had no idea we were going to a plaster cast paw print back with her ashes...That made me happy to see that we'd have that extra touch to always remind us of our big girl...

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

I was never left in the dark when my pet had to stay in overnight care here. This veterinarian is so thoughtful when it comes to keeping owners fully informed on their pets condition and making follow-up calls exactly when promised. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people!

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) .

If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) .
