We went there with our puppy after going to brandons and it was a lot better. People said it was expensive but it is well worth the price! It was not more expensive then brandons. Our dog loved the vet tech that was working and the doctor knew what he was talking about!

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff answered and cared for all my cares and concerns. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
