They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. this place is ok but they could help alot more when someone is really concerned about there pet...
