Dr. Herbal is amazing and very compassionate. He loves animals. He saved my dog’s life and did not judge me for not bringing him in sooner. He has been good to our family.

The doctor has HORRIBLE bedside manner and no compassion. After facing several family issues I came home to find my cat very sick. After telling me my cat was severely dehydrated Dr Herbal told me, in a very condescending manner that it was due to fleas. He continued to talk down to me like I'm an idiot. I dont care who you are, fleas are hard to fight on cats. But Dr Herbal had NO right to degrade me and make me feel so crappy! The man has no compassion whatsoever and I will never again bring my cats to see this disrespectful veteranarian.

Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
