Absolutely a nightmare! Stay Away! I’d truthfully find some place else if you love your pet. They let my dog lay in severe pain and would not help with any sort of pain meds. Told me I’d have to bring the dog back in after they told me not to move the dog because of a slip disc in his neck. Dr. Glass told us that there was 2 ways to help him, surgery which was about 6000.00 and they don’t do, or meds and caged with no movement. We live 60 miles from this place and the first time Copper needed his meds refilled they said we’d have to bring him in. I’m sorry but this place is a joke and I’d give them negative stars if I could

Brought my 8 week old puppy in to be checked out. The vet gave him medicine for mange which ended up killing him. Was told by another vet that my puppy should have been tested first before the medicine was given to him. Called Town and Country the next morning to let them know what happened. The receptionist said the vet would call me. Never received a phone call, follow up, or anything. Very poor service. Seemed to only care about how much they can charge for your pets visit.

I have just started using this vet service in the past 2 months but so far they seem to be very good. I had a lump taken off my dog there and they did a good job. Pricing seemed within other vets in the area. The Vets themselves are very nice and very thorough and explain exactly what they did and what to expect. The techs and assistants are also very kind and friendly and the Girl named Casey at the front desk is very helpfull and friendly. So far I'm a Happy Customer :-)

They gave me some advice but I didn't find it helpful

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
