Office is always clean and the veterinarian, Dr. Joy has a great bedside manner with my dogs. They do not like going to the vet but they behave and he is patient and caring towards them. The vet techs are very friendly and professional too. I had one of my dogs who became ill and Dr. Joy wasn't sure exactly what was the problem. He even called and spoke to a fellow colleague at the University of Illinois to get their professional opinion. Very impressed with the vet and trust him with all of my pets.I even have pet ducks at home and if they ever become ill I would take them to see Dr. Joy

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
