I have been going to see Dr. Smith and her staff for over 10 years now - I wouldn't think to go anywhere else! They are the only vet that takes calls in the middle of the night and see you for an emergency. Boy, did this come in handy more than once! My yellow lab swelled up from a bee sting and Dr. Smith met me after midnight to treat her. Thank you, Dr. Smith!

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Was this provider's office easy to locate?
Only with clear directions
Did you leave the animal hospital feeling satisfied with your visit?
No, I left with more problems than I came with!
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

I found a close parking spot right away. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I would refer my friends and family here. was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. The staff really appears to know what they're doing. They're able to answer most of my questions.

convenient location and hours. i have been bringing my pets here for quite some time. prices are comparable with other vets. they do try to push tests that i choose not to have but back off when i say no. office is very busy and at times chaotic. there does seem to be a turnover in office staff. veterinarian smith is best to work with...i was not impressed with one of the newer vets on staff (cannot remember her name)...had a test done on my dog that i felt was not needed as it had happened before but she did not listen to me...test was $75 ...results were negative and diagnosis was exactly what i had told her it was! i only let my pets see dr. smith.
