The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. One of the staff kinda manhandled my poor sick cat, but the Vet is just AMAZING.
