. DO NOT, I REAPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!! My 4 month old kitten died 2 days after being there,but when I called them on wednesday to tell them she was very sick,barley moving NOT eating,,and told them I had no money untill,Friday they said oh wait a couple days and try to treat her for fleas because she did have a little on her,how convienant because I get paid on Friday,(they should have took her in right away due to her conditions and they didnt because all they want is MONEY and I didnt have any that day!!!) Then they say shes not suffering but Sunday morning she dies!!!Really?They have no heart at all they should have not tried to prolong her life if she was not doing any better to begin with...they just want to get every last cent from you!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK!!!!!

They paid attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I'll be going back because the vet is great. I didn't have a bad experience, but the office staff is so confused and disorganized. They need someone to go in there and put things in order. You wait forever to see the vet.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. The owner herself could be a little nicer to pets and owners.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. My pet seemed pretty anxious to leave compared to other places we've been too. It would have been better if this veterinarian had just tried a little harder to be more compassionate.
