They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.

The staff really seems to care about my pets and go above and beyond to make sure they are being properly cared for!

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

Took my dogs to every vet in the area I was not satisfied at all with them, that is how I found Crystal Springs Veterinary Clinic. Our dog was miss diagnosed by another area vet took her to them and they new exactlly what was wrong they gave the correct meds and she was fine in two days. We took our old dogs there when it came time for them to go to doggie heaven and they were so caring. I even saw tears in thier eyes. I have a new puppy and he will be going to see them tomorrow. I know he will be in the best hands.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my pet's treatment plan. They didn't pressure me to buy anything my pet didn't need, which I really appreciated. They have a good professional reputation. I know that my pet is under the care of an expert.

Dr. Gail, has been our veterinarian for a number of years now. She always looks out for the best interest of our pets and she never forgets that we are the owners, that we are the ones who live day in and day out with our babies. We just recently lost one of our pets due to age and she made the transition a comfortable one. Dr. Gail let us decide when it was time and gave us time to be with her on our terms.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
