I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too
difficult. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They could have been much more polite. They charged us the outside of network price instead of the contracted rate with Humana. They then ran the full amount of the proceedure on my FSA debit card. We have been trying since Oct 2011 to get this resolved and it still hasn't been fixed. The office administrator hung up on me today when I advised her that her explanations were not satisfactory. They had a split up with the doctors practise here, and both places are only blaming the other, while no one has fixed anything.
