Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
